The Norwegian Solar Cell Conference (NSCC) 2026
Early-bird registration is now open for the Norwegian Solar Cell Conference (NSCC)
The conference will take place at Son Spa May 19th - May 20th 2026
Once again, we welcome you to the Norwegian Solar Cell Conference (NSCC) at Son Spa.
We hope that you will join us for two exciting and inspiring days filled with presentations and discussions of recent scientific, technological, and industrial development in the field of solar cell technology. The conference will take place in beautiful surroundings by the Oslo fjord in Son, just 40 min south of Oslo.
During the Norwegian Solar Cell Conference there will also be a poster session in addition to the oral presentations.
You are hereby invited to submit your abstract to NSCC 2026 within the following fields:
- Silicon feedstock, ingots, wafers and crucibles
- Solar cell and module technology
- Performance, reliability and operation of PV power plants
- Building-integrated PV (BIPV), Infrastructure-integrated PV (IIPV), Floating PV (FPV) and Agri-PV
- Resource and production forecasting
- PV + storage, hybrid PV power plants and grid integration of PV
- PV power plants in Nordic conditions
- Re-use and recycling
- The role of PV in Norway and Europe
- Environmental impact and social acceptance of PV production
- Beyond the horizon: disruptive PV technologies
Abstract submission and registration:
If you want to present your work at the NSCC 2026, a 1-page abstract written in English must be submitted to merete.estensen(at)ife.no by email no later than February 15th, 2026.
Deadline for Eary Bird registration: March 1st
